Funds missing from my account

Funds from my account have been removed and I have no trace of it. I had a balance of R623.00 rand however , once refreshed the balance kept changing without any activity but the withdrawal amount showed 623.00 . However upon trying to withdraw the funds via Instant cash , the balance then reflected R64.32. Where are my funds ?? I am loyal customer to hollywood bets gambling services. This is mind-blowing
