Funds missing

Had R500 in my account last night. When i woke up this morning it was gone. Phoned them twice, they say they can see i must have a R500 balence. I apperently have to wait 24 to 48 hours. I feel like they stole my money out of my account. Very unhappy about this. Opperator even agreed with me about them steeling my money.
