Funds Disappearance
Funds dissappear from the platforms wallet, I raised this with four individuals at the customer care call center. I was transferred to a supervisor , Innocent Ndunge, who mailed me a transactions list. After mailing him proof on the documents he provided me with, I have yet to receive any form feedback.
This is about principals, which clearly is none existing.
Pathetic customer service is an understatement!!!
