Funds disappear in my account

I deposited money in my hollywoodbets account on 28 February 2022 and 2 March 2022. The money went through and from my bank account but never appeared in my hollywoodbets account. I emailed them numerous times with this query and they never responded. I called the call center waited on the line for 43 minutes yesterday. They promised to pay the money within an hour. Im still waiting, called again this morning to hear that im number 71 inbthe queue, meaning another 1hr on phone with airtime i dont have. Never had this issue with hollywoodbets before, but lately they are becoming a bit shady!!!!
