I am deeply frustrated with the ongoing delays in processing the death claim under Hollywood Bets. Despite multiple submissions and follow-ups, I continue to receive forms to complete without clear explanations or meaningful updates from Nonka Khumalo. worse when ask questions she become so rude

I want to note that I have great respect for the branch employees, who have been courteous and helpful. However, the handling of this claim from Head office your side has been extremely disappointing and has caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time
