Frustrating Experience with Hollywoodbets Withdrawal

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Hollywoodbets regarding a withdrawal issue. On 22 August 2024, I requested a R200 withdrawal via Absa Cash Send, but only received a voucher message with no pin. Despite numerous follow-ups, Hollywoodbets has failed to provide the necessary code or reverse the transaction and refund my account.

It's been over a week since I first reported the issue, and I've been met with empty promises and no resolution. The lack of assistance and communication from Hollywoodbets is unacceptable, especially for a relatively small amount of R200.

I hope someone from Hollywoodbets will finally take action and resolve this issue. Until then, I would caution others to be wary of using their ABSA Cash Send withdrawal services.
