Frustrated with Withdrawal Issues – Terrible Customer Support
I’m extremely annoyed with Hollywoodbets right now. I requested a withdrawal via ABSA CashSend, and they only sent me an SMS with a PIN—no voucher number. Without the voucher number, the PIN is useless, and I can’t access my money.
To make things worse, their customer service is a joke. The chatbot is absolutely useless, and the live chat might as well not exist. I’ve sent over 300 messages and still no response. How is this acceptable? I just want my withdrawal sorted, but Hollywoodbets makes it impossible to get help.
Fix your system and actually provide proper support!
