Frustrated Customer

I am really disappointed with the service I receive at Hollywoodbets on the 22nd of December 2023 I bought a R50 voucher at Spar just before 7pm and when I got home trying to load the voucher I discovered that some of the numbers were not visible so I couldn't load the voucher and the following day I went back to Spar were I bought the voucher and I was informed to contact Hollywoodbets so I went to a guy who was at that spar who actually works for Hollywoodbets and he informed me to email the voucher to their help desk and I did and this was on the 23rd of December 2023 during the day and after sending the email received an email that provided me with a reference number (***5) and I was also informed I will get feedback within 48hrs but until today I have not received received feedback and each and every time I check with them I am told it will be escalated and I should again wait for 48hrs and this escalation has happened about 4 times and still there's no feedback so what kind of service is this, I am deeply disappointed in Hollywoodbets service because I really don't understand why is it taking them so long to give feedback regarding this issue
