Frustrated

My fiance account has been blocked for almost a week now. Apparently being audited for some reason. He was told that it can take up to 48 hours but like a said we have passed that deadline. No warning was given nothing. I just feel this is extremely unfair as they cannot give him answers on why and when this will be resolved.

They are probably just going to reply to this message say " we have escalated this to the relevant depart "

It is not that hard to give a straight answer.
