They don't even deserve the one star I gave them, from the WhatsApp to the messenger service they lack everything I'm shocked how they still operating. I played a ticket on 7August2018 later that day last two matches where cancelled as updated by them. Next day I wait and wait until yesterday evening I see the updated the ticket that the match will play on 9th August 2018, and till this morning. As per their betting rules you get paid your winnings if the match is played after the 24hours of betting which it was in my case so normally I expected my money to be in my account yesterday but it wasn't. Made a query today then they quick to update the match was due to play today at 3am mind you this is the 3rd day after I payed my ticket. An hour later I check my account ticket is a losing ticket after 3whole days. Tell me if I'm wrong to suspect ***** on this matter. It's just ***** all over it. And I'm more than mad. I tried everything and no one is getting back at me because they know how they are busy robbing people off their monies. Shame on you Hollywood and your staff!
