I took a bet and this bet had won on hollywoodbets via app. My winnings was not visible also this bet I had won was not showing on the app. I called Hollywoodbets helpline whom escalated this 2 times nobody contacted me. Day later I called and when helpline checked they said my deposit was returned to me due to their system had a problem. Is this fair hollywoodbets needs to pay my winnings due. I fell taking a bet and if I win it's easy for hollywoodbets to do this again. My id no ***1****6. My cell is ***. Mr Daniel Naidoo. Email - ***
