I made a withdrawal request Thursday and by Friday I have not received it. Normally it takes about 4 hours or less, so I called on Friday regarding the issue l because I wanted to withdraw again and I wanted to follow with the previous request, they said they will fix it. I withdrew again on Friday. And till today I have not received my money I have made about 4 calls all the consultants are telling me the same thing without results. I want my money and I want to deactivate my account, this is bad service and I never expirenced such with betway.
