The folowing had no response and today I had winning bets that ONCE AGAIN did not come through to my emails -if Hollywoodbets want to be dishonest then you should close your doors as I reported you to The gAmbling board today after you stopped winning bets to come through as proof to your emails -BE aware they are hiding winning bets and if the bets dont cme through to your email you have no proof that you placed a bet -THIS IS ***** -SHAME ON YOU HOLLYWOODBETS

We have been communicating with you via email, as opposed to HelloPeter.
You mentioned above: "If the bets dont cme (sic) through to your email you have no proof that you placed a bet."
We have explained to you numerous times that all your bets struck are available on your bet history on your account. The email of bet confirmation does not establish whether or not your bet was struck. You receive a confirmation on your screen when striking a bet, and all previously struck bets - including pending, winning, losing - can all be viewed on your Bet History statement.
We are doing an investigation into why the bet confirmations are delayed in coming through to you, as currently other customers are receiving them directly after the bets have been struck.
Our Betting Operations manager for Hollywoodbets has received your emails, including those sent to the Gauteng Gambling Board.
