For days and still withdrawal not processed.

I made a withdrawal on the 28th of April 2023 via EFT. It's been 4 days now and no funds is reflecting on my bank account. Acvording to yhr information all withdrawals should be processed within 48hrs. I called on many times and I was given false promises that my query has been escalated and the funds should be in my account in 24 hrs. I tried online chat and the consultants even disappear without solving my quiry. I have screenshots. I'm not happy
