FIX THIS ASAP

Evening Devin. Sorry for messaging u.. but i need to set this right. As from 12:49 last night ive had problems with the conaultants at hollywood bets. Ive made a deposit from my sisters account to my betting acc and the money only reflected at 11 am this morning... to. Top it off .. ive requested a standard bank instant withdrawl of R200 and 5 minutes later the R200 gets put back into my betting account because of my Fica documents that is not up to date apparently not forgetting ive made withdrawls from my account before..😐 nontheless i requested an ABSA cash send about 10 minutes later of R150 and still nothing from Absa yet... now dont forget my R200 was declined bwcuase of my fica documents .. so y is it that i receive an email from my Bank FNB stating R150 has been paid into it.... i hope we on tbe same track here... i Havent requested payment to be made to my FNB account becuase of debits etc. .. i havent shut my eyes yet for the day because of battling with the undertrained consultants.. all i want is for this to be sorted out asap.. ive never doubted Hollywoodbets but after this ordeal... joh... the service was horrible ...
