Good day, I made deposit of R10 during the this promotion👇
15% BONUS ON ALL DEPOSITS UP TO R30 000
But didn't get bonus and it's this is happening as from 2024 February. I have been trying to contact customer service again and again and they have telling me to escalate the issue to IT department again and again but my account is not being fixed. Im not getting bonuses each time when I deposit during the promotion.
