Fire Seleluko C. *****ulent claim

Seleluko S is the most pathetic agent also blatantly lies. Completely and utterly useless as an agent. I literally sent a screenshot of previous conversation to him where I had spoken with another agent with regards to assisting with a withdrawal where it shows that the agent at first also didn't think it was possible but after apologises and confirms he has done it. And I explained this and I explained I had done a withdrawal I'm this exact same situation 3 times previously so it is 100% possible he responded it's not possible. Even after explaining multiple times refused to just do his job properly. As how could 3 others do it if impossible. Also asked him to show me where in ts and cs it says you may only do 10 he sends me a link to the whole TS and C's. I asked him to show me where as I know for a fact it doesn't the screenshot even confirmed that because the other agent also even said after looking it doesn't say it. He then still says it's there that's blatantly lying!!!! Please fire him as thats gross misconduct *****ulently claiming something is in the TS and C's even after someone has told you it definitely isn't. So unprofessional!!!! Such an absolutely pathetic waste of space they are!!!!
