Fica verified account

When I created my account almost 2 years ago, I had se;t through my fica docs, received confirmation my accoint was fica correctly. I deposited money into my Hollywood account 10 days ago, tried to withdraw it, error message acc not fica.

I sent an email with documents and my ID no and my acc no in the subject line and still I haven't received any sort of follow up except please confirm ur Id no or account no which I had put in my original email.

I had sent thru fica docs again some time last year but not this year. I'm not aware it has to be done yearly.

I've gotten no feedback. Why isn't any1 working for Hollywood bets able to log into the system and check if my fica docs are OK or if I need to resent new fica docs.

Surely it cannot be that hard using my Hollywood account no and my ID no.

10 days and no concrete response.

I can only imagine should Inresend fica docs how long that will take to be verified.

It's really shocking.
