FICA VERIFICATION
Worse customer service from FICA Department ... was 1st told to send the original ID, which I now did. Then now I'm told to send bank stamped statement so whats the use of using online banking if the statement won't be accepted by Hollywood? NOW im told the proof of residence from YDE is not good enough for them. What a terrible customer experience as this has now been going over a month now.
