FICA upset
I have been with Hollywoodbets online for over 5 years. I have been depositing money from the same account since my account was opened. I have sent FICA documents before now I had to do ewallet withdrawal but it failed. I called in and was told to send FICA documents, which i did BUT was told i need a bank stamp on the statement i downloaded online banking, they want me to send original ID pic which i dont just go around carrying. Why dont they request all these documents when you making the deposit to their account?

But if you cant assist its fine hence i opted to move my account where i believe ill be getting better service as a customer.
