FICA system cannot recognize my Temp ID

Good Day Am currently wrtitting this complain at Middelburg. Your service is extemely bad. I am having problem with Hollywood uploading FICA documents. The lady is trying her best to help me my account cannot allow me to withdraw money I am coming here now for the 3rd time. Please have my documents uploaded URGENT I need money. I have a temporary ID and drivers licence but still struggling. Your system is not good. They are using their mobile phones to help people that is not right.
