FICA Processing Non-Existant
I had an account opened since December last year. Used my free credit to gamble for fun. Durban July came along and I deposited money which I used. I made some winnings only to be asked for FICA to withdraw these winnings. Fair enough, I did all this as requested. 3 weeks have gone by and still no processing of FICA. I am really worried now that I won’t receive my money. I think I’ve been ******. Seeing all the other reviews it’s quite scary. What’s disappointing is there’s always emails and messages encouraging more gambling but no communication of the issues at hand.
