Fica problems Hollywoodbets

I have tried to Fica beginning of last year already, and a few times in between, sending them all the documents they need, but still I can't withdraw any winnings. I get emails back to confirm they have recieved it, but then I don't ever hear from them again. At this stage I want to try another platform, but I still can't withdraw my money
