Fica Problem

I sent my fica documents close to 5 times and the customer service agent tells me they cant see my ID clearly and only assisted me when I threatened to go to the branch , its literally crystal clear , I really enjoy betting here but honestly the customer service sucks , I still haven't got any reply up to this point regarding the new documents I sent in and it's really disappointing.
