FICA not working

So I opened up an account with Hollywoodbets,I played and won...now I want to withdraw my winnings but I must upload my FICA by taking selfie...I have been taking selfies and it keeps on saying error,I emailed them with my ID document and chatted on live chat but they all give me the same answers,they not resolving this. I just want to upload my document and withdraw my money please,this FICA verification is a problem! And they need to have alternative ways if FICA doesn't work. Please Hollywoodbets,just activate my account,you have more than enough ID images of me!!!
