Fica not being done

I registered for Hollywood bets last December and no where on the registration did it state that I need to Fica. When I wanted to withdraw my money then I was told about Fica. I sent my ID in December and it was loaded successfully. I sent my Proof of Address on the 4th January and it has still not been loaded. I have sent numerous e mails but do not receive a response!
