Fica issues and useless workers

Absolutely useless service. Fist consultant did not even give me a reference number, second consultant did not submit all the necessary files. I have even phoned at this point to try and get my fica registration. I have once again submitted a query, and every time I have to wait 24 hours for nothing to happen
