Fica issue

I'm very disappointed with the service i received from them totally very poor. I joined this betting company before 2018 and i submitted all Fica documents and was approved so i can be able to withdraw cash. I've been doing cashout without a problem until past 2 weeks where an unexpected situation occured.

I tried to cashout boom pop message "error pending fica" i was shocked because my account was active how come they want fica again, i chat with them for 2 weeks but they failed to solve my issue.

They placed my account on pending now i can't play and bet because of Fica when i try to do it online it shows that my bio don't match with my identity. I was told to new identity which is a card because they don't accept green book identity.

This is totally not right i'm not new on this betting company and they do like i just joined yesterday. Yesterday i chat with Betway agent just to check on their side but they said they accept green book id there's no stories so why Hollywoodbets do this to some of us i"m not alone with this issue there are other members too
