FICA HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NO ONE CARES

I have been requesting my winning, uploaded my smart ID card, and when it comes to the selfie window, the errors don't stop it's been over a week now and hollywoodbets doesn't give a ****. U have been chatting with them, sending mails, sending bunch of pictures of myself, myself holding my ID, my ID, thinking thst it will be a solution tp this horrible option of "self servide FICA" WHY ON EARTH WOULD MY bio NOT MATCH with MY ID, MORE THAN 80 TIMES OF TRYING? Chrry ontop, was even told that ID HOME AFFAIRS DIDNT UPDATE DATABASE, I WENT TO HOME AFFAIRS WITH DRAMA. TURNS OUT You only have this **** option to approve our documents? No one cares at all just by seeing how many people are complaining of the same error that I'm getting and hollywoodbets seems to not care. I have tried everything and all they cond with is "look up, don't look down, look down don't look up. Take a Pic with a white wall behind you, take ID Pic on a table, you flipping do all of these things but they don't care at all. Just approve my documents for heaven sakes it's only R100 withdrawal of which I need to use for my textbook.
