I needed my home address in the profile to be changed, previously my account was opened *****ulently. I found out a two or three years ago, when I wanted to register. The consultant who I spoke to managed to assist me to complete the biomatrics linked to home affairs and I was playing since then. i missed out on the first time bonus but it is fine

I have asked many times for their consultants to change my address but advised they cannot even though i have send them my proof of address.

So the choice for Hollywood bets to either change my address or give me a new registration on hollywood bets without my existing detail giving a problem if i have to start a new account.
