FICA Gone wrong - not even 1 response

Hi there,

I’ve been trying to get my account verified through RICA process for over a week now.

I’m constantly on the chat for over 2 hours and when someone does or supposed to help me with that, they just close out the chat before you’re even assisted. I’ve countless of times sent an email with a copy of my ID and still no success, 3 emails, endless chats trying to resolve this simple problem and no one at the Hollywoodbets team has even tried.

I have no idea what to do when their support department doesn’t even respond to you. Hopefully they will respond under this 1 star receive. Their service is beyond poor. Wouldn’t recommend it, their fellow competitors are way up on service and this issue would have been sorted days ago.
