12 Nov 2021, 05:10I have emailed the documents required several times and resubmitted them on the website, yet im still on pause. Nothing is resolved a week later. The Department keeps giving me new instructions. First I must submit on the website, I do that, then ooh we don't see them please email, I email, then its ooh please give us a reference number, what reference number? Then it's please send us your documents but please don't scan them. Like what the hell, how do you email documents without scanning them? Take a picture they say.

12 Nov 2021, 05:13You know what would be helpful is if you don't accept any deposits or betting without Fica documents. Instead you allow deposits so you can get to our money then you block withdrawals of that money with these bull**** demands.
