FICA error preventing withdrawal

It has now been 7days, numerous calls and emails, promises that the issue with the FICA system error is being attended to and still no resolution to the matter. Your system "ISSUE" is preventing me to complete the FICA verification and access to my funds. Hollywood bets, has your senior still not find the solution to this error? 7 days is a very very long time.
