FICA Documents verification: no timeline provided
I submitted my FICA documents via the website on Saturday last week (10th) and again by email on Tuesday (12th).
I received "Your request (***) has been received and is being reviewed by our FICA Department" soon after. Somebody please follow up and provide me with a timeline to complete the verification.
