Fica Documents Verification Delayed
I sent Documents 4 times to be verified by FICA, but to my suprise there is No feedback at all. when i called the call centre i was told that it only take 24 hours for documents to be verified. Today it will be second week trying to get assistant or sending documents again and again and again. Suprisingly when we deposit money everything goes smooth but when we need to get our money back there is no assistant at all. Im very disapointed at how they operates.
Hope someone can attend to this matter.
