Fica documents stressing me

I have sent fica documents a week ago with no feedback I called and emailed several times with no luck. When I am uploading again it says I have already sent my documents and yet they haven't activated my account. This is so stressful. How many days must we wait in order for you guys to give us feedback. I think it will be best that if there are missing documents we also can not be able to play coz waiting forever to make a withdrawal is not gud.
