Fica Documents... Account not activated

On the 3 August 2020, I have uploaded my fica documents. An sns was received that I will recieve another sms advising account activated. An email was sent on 17 August 2020 querying if they have received my documents, however it was attached again if they did not havd it. This is the very unprofessional response that I got

"Your request (***) has been received and is being reviewed by our FICA Department"

No email etiquette as there was not even a name of who responded to my email.

Very dissatisfied with the level of customer service.
