Fica documents

I won a few days ago and when I tried to withdraw they said I should upload my fica documents, which I did and they sent an sms that they will sent me an sms after they have been verified . I decided to call them the following day to confirm and they said I must send them again via email ,still they didn't respond ?. I called them again the following day and they decided to drop my call. I decided to visit the nearest branch and they assisted me by giving me an email to submit my documents to , they responded that my account will be active in 2 hours time ,when I tried to check it was still the same , I called them again on the fourth day and the put me on hold for 10 minutes until I run out of airtime. I decided to sent an email still no response..

This people don't know anything about customer care.0% They don't even care as long they get paid at the end of the day..
