Fica Documents

According to me i would give them 0 stars i have been struggling to withdraw my funds because of this Fica documents which i have submitted but they have not accepted. My problem is why do they allow you to load a voucher without Fica documents but you need to have Fica documents to withdraw to me this seems ********** and theft because they have basically stole my money if i cannot withdraw it... very stupid i dont advice anyone to use Hollywoodbets
