Fica documents

have been uploading fica documents for quit a while now, but each time I want to withdraw I get a fica documents still outstanding notification. How come when I deposit money it does not give me the same message. Please kindly update my account so that I can withdraw what is due to me. I have been emailing and calling you guys. This is not good at all
