FICA document process delayed over 2 weeks

I am disappointed in Hollywoodbets regarding the FICA process. I have submitted my documents on 15th may and a sms was sent to say when its approved i will get another sms. Generally the FICA takes few hours to a day. I waited till the 17th of may and emailed Hollywoodbets FICA and i have received a mail with a reference number *** saying it has been received and will be reviewed by FICA department. Today is the 30th of may and i haven't received any sms or email stating my account is FICA active. Please sort this out the reference number is above and my documents are on the system. Whats the delay because this is not on. Others who FICA went through perfectly but yet I'm still waiting. Very very disappointed with the service.
