Fica document
Hi i am Letta i would like to share my experience with hollywoodbets. They said i should send my fica document on Thursday i did send and they told me that my documents are not clear. On the following day i did send again and still they said the same. How can you allow us to deposit without fica document and when we want to withdraw out winnings it becomes a problem. You are not fair and i even tried to call you but still no answer i have send multiple of emails but still the same, you are being unprofessional. Anyone who can help please help

In regards to the FICA process, please note that when you registered your account we verify you ID number to be authenticate, FICA lite is achieved and you are allowed to transact (deposit, take bets, buy airtime). When you you initiate a withdrawal, we need to ensure KYC/ FICA protocols are completed in the form of actual copy of your ID and recent proof of residence received. Thereafter you are allowed to withdraw.
Please take note that our voice services for FICA have been paused during the national lockdown however we are fully operation on our email, social and live chat channels.

Please reply to Khayelihle with a clear picture of you ID (flash light off and directly above the ID with corners not curt off) if it's a smart card ID the same with apply however we will need both front and back picture.
