FICA Document

I had a problem with FICA, my documents needed to be sent again as it was in an incorrect format. Those documents were sent through quite a few times and still nothing has been done. This is just pathetic service. Their website says that the turnaround time is 3 hours; however, that it totally misleading!!!!

Hi Shanaaz,

An agent from the FICA Team was supposed to contact me at 19h00 yesterday; however, he has not called back. Initially when he spoke to my husband, he advised that you do not accept an ID copy (this is weird - as I received an email stating that I need to email a copy of my ID). Anyway, I have emailed a actual photo of my ID now, please can this be sorted ASAP.

Someone has tried to call me; my husband advised to call back in 10 mins, but they havent called back yet.
