FICA Delays Prevented Withdrawal – Resulted in Financial Loss

I am extremely disappointed with how my account has been handled.

I made several attempts to complete my FICA verification, followed all instructions from consultants, and even visited a CBD branch for assistance. Despite this, my verification was never successfully resolved.

Because I was unable to withdraw my funds while this was ongoing, the money remained in my account and I ultimately lost those funds.

Had my FICA been processed correctly, I would have withdrawn my money. Instead, I was left without access due to ongoing verification issues.

I understand the risks involved in gambling. However, customers should still be able to access their funds.

I request: - That you provide a fair resolution which takes into account the financial loss I incurred as a result of being unable to withdraw my funds.

This has been ongoing for too long and needs urgent attention.
