FICA DELAYS
I have been trying to send my fica documents. Worse part no one contacts you to inform you that the documents are invalid. Why doesn't Hollywoodbets have the same automated fica system as Betway??? They are making our lives hell. Juuuuuuuuuusssst for a simple withdrawal. No one is helpful. I even called they said they have "unblocked" me so I can resubmit my documents fine I submitted them. Out of curiosity I text them via whatsapp they say I should submit my ID and a stamped proof of address what is going on here? It even makes me feel like Hollywoodbets is a huge ****. And waste of time. Wouldn't recommend anyone to use it!!!! Bet elsewhere. Yuh

01 Oct 2019, 17:48Thank you guys for getting back to me. But now my problem is that Nedbank statements have an electronic stamp I don't know if that is fine because I tried sending it they said there is no stamp but the stamp is electronic please advise.
