Fica delay and unproffesional agent telling me i am female whilst im a male ..yhooo
Phoned fica department and i was told by an agent that i am female my account is a males account ..how biased is that im *** ..this agent was unproffessional and he needs training . Im not happy with the fica delay thing ...i jave fowarded documents no respond no email this just ****my ..i cant withdraw but i can deposit a voucher..Hollywood is very unproffessional ..i am dissapointed maybe i should tell my *** friends not to bet

But im still not assisted can i have my money and cancell with hollwood bets and go to Gbets please .because they take long .i have submitted my id i have submitted a proof of residenct had to go and ask the council for the letter .
I would not recommend hollywood bets
I just want to withdraw my winnings and cancel ..instead when i send emails they open. New tickets so im a fool ..

11 Feb 2021, 17:40Shanaaz i am happy with hollwoodbets at all and its really sad how you guys operate..i have received my 200 rand and you guys declined my 100 that i was sending to my gf and i changed the cellphone number ..i have betted in the morning my balance was 18.50 and you guys have blocked my account that is my money i betted with why must it be so hard to receive it ..i have sent 3 emails to withdrawals department with a selfie and id ...do i have to go through all this for a winning .is this a **** or what ..im very traumatized with your service its very sad
