FICA and Hollywood Bets/Online Gambling Unfair Business Ethics
A question to the relevant governing bodies for online gambling. Why would you allow a person to DEPOSIT money yet you can't withdraw your money without FICA? Surely this is a contradiction or simple unfair business practice. You should NOT be able to engage without being FICA compliant! This means that you are willing to take and not give. When it's time to give, there is excuses of the Network being slow and they working on it. Now, my question is that my imagination says that if you do this with millions of rands, use delay tactics to hold onto the money, who benefits from the interest incurred?
