Good day..I was trying to upload my fica for the last 3 days but i keep on receiving the same message that says i have to foward a clear proof of residence. I did foward but i haven't heard back from hollywood..I'm very disappointed because I can't withdraw my money.

I have viewed your account and FICA submissions - it does appear that you need to submit a clear picture of your latest proof of residence not older than 3 months. I have escalated your query to a FICA manager that will call you on your cell number provided on the hellopeter platform starting 076319...
