FICA account
The customer service for this company is absolutely terrible and disgusting I've seen through my FICA documents on multiple occasions and till date no one has contacted me and still not FICA. Everytime I tried to contact them I've been kept on hold and had no response whatsoever. If I could give them a 0 star rating I woul. Please get a manager to contact me ASAP.
