FICA

I have been trying numerous times to submit FICA documents however after 48 hours it still says I'm not registered. I go on to the webchat and a guy Lungani tells me to do what I have already done more than once before. I have been asking questions and the guy has not answered all my questions he ended the chat. Do you guys only want our money because when I want to make a withdrawal i cant because of the FICA documents you say that you guys did not recieve
